Submission of application is not a guarantee of being a vendor at the show.

All applications are reviewed by the Gem Show Chair for appropriateness to the show and availability.   Once approved, vendor will be notified and can then submit payment.

Rules and Regulations

The Nipomo High School is graciously letting us use their campus to hold this event. Please take into account these restrictions to protect the show, other dealers, and the campus.

  • No animals for the exception of service animals.

  • No smoking or alcohol on campus.

  • No bikes, mini-bikes, or skateboards.

  • Dealers can setup their spaces the day before the show on Thursday August 6th at 1:00 PM.

  • Electric lamps will be provided for inside dealers but the number and wattage of the lamps will be limited for safety reasons. Additional or non-OMS electric devices will be restricted.

  • Displays and decorations cannot be anchored to any surface. This includes tape, glue, staples, etc. on the floors, walls, tables, etc.

  • The inside dealer space will be locked overnight each night of the show.

  • A watchman will patrol the outside dealer space overnight each night.

  • Camping spaces are available for outside vehicles. Dry camping only. Electricity is not provided outside. Sleeping in tents or cars is prohibited. You must use an RV or camper.

  • Restrooms and water faucets are available 24/7 for everyone including overnight campers.

  • Children assisting with sales under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult.
